I want to help as many people possible achieve and accomplish their health and fitness goals. I have an unparalleled passion for fitness and enjoy helping people get in better shape and live a healthy lifestyle.

Depending on your goals your workouts will be fun, never boring and always result oriented. Personal training is highly recommended for anyone preparing for an event, athletic competition, looking for lose fat and gain weight.

My Transformation
Underweight. Decided to transform myself i.e. bulk up. Start to eat more. 6 meals per day. Workout 4-5 days per week without fail. Height: 180cm Weight: 55kg
Biceps and Chest slowly developing. Continue to eat more. Basically, eat everything. Height: 180cm Weight: 63kg
Belly fat and love handle growing. Many clothes and pants are getting harder to fit in to my size. Height: 180cm Weight: 70~73kg
Chest, Biceps and shoulder slowly growing. Belly fat and love handles are still there and it's growing. Gaining more fat. Happy with my size but at the same time feel quite demotivated when people said I have a big tummy. So decided for second transformation i.e. cut the FAT! Height: 180cm Weight: 73~76kg
Losing some fat. Abs are start visible. Not focus much on abs workout. Just train abs twice per week, each time 5-10 mins. P/S: Diet+Train leg if you want to lose fat fast! Height: 180cm Weight: 70kg
Feeling tired of diet. Weight sometimes fluctuate due to eat cheat meal quite often. Height: 180cm Weight: 70-72kg
Belly fat are coming back. This is not I want, so focus back on my diet. Height: 180cm Weight: 70-72kg
Back on track. Getting leaner. Body muscle look more defined. Height: 180cm Weight: ~68kg
Continue to train hard. Consistence with my workout and diet. I only have 4 pack due to my genetics. Oh ya, Arnold Schwarzenegger only have 4 pack too. P/S: I did not calculate my macronutrients for my diet. Height: 180cm Weight: 66-68kg
